2. Services
bareeq provides advisory and implementation services for category leaders preparing for the agentic-AI decade. Scope, pricing, and deliverables for paid engagements are defined in separate written agreements with each client.
3. Conversation and early access
By submitting your details on the Site, you consent to us contacting you personally about our services. You may opt out at any time.
4. AI preview tools
Any AI preview tools on the Site process publicly accessible URLs you provide. By submitting a URL, you represent that you have the right to use and analyse the content at that URL. We make no warranties about the accuracy of AI-generated analysis. Results are for informational purposes only.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and reports produced for you, is owned by or licensed to bareeq. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bareeq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to bareeq in the three months preceding the claim.
